A Qualified Instructor (QI) is recognized as the highest level one can reach in the area of Dyslexia and effective reading instruction. This level of certifications allows one to train others to the Certified Academic Language Therapist Level.
A Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT) Level is trained in the science of reading and using a comprehensive dyslexia program that is accredited by The International Multisensory Structured Language. Education Council (IMSLEC).
Academic Language Therapists in training (ALT-Training) are in their 2 year training to become a CALT in the science of reading and using a comprehensive dyslexia program that is accredited by The International Multisensory Structured Language. Education Council (IMSLEC).
Dyslexia interventionist received their training from another program or is educated in the science of reading from a University that offers a Dyslexia endorsement or certificate
